Pink Grapefruit & Ginger Marmalade 227

Pink Grapefruit and Ginger Marmalade is one of the first products we made when we started Perthshire Preserves. 

Ingredients: Pink Grapefruit, sugar and fresh root ginger.

We won a bronze medal at the Marmalades awards in 2011 and a Silver Medal in 2016.
