Description
Curried Tomato Chutney was made by mistake but we liked it so kept the recipe
the ingredients are tomatoes, apples, onions, sugar, red wine vinegar, sultanas, fresh root ginger, spices & seasonings
I use it to flavour a curried corned beef pie but it is great with pork pie, sausage rolls (if you are making your own just some on the pastry add the rest of the filling and then roll up), or have it with cheese & crackers.
