just a wee reminder it is Shrove Tuesday this coming week. What is your favourite pancake filling sweet or savoury?
Perthshire Preserves have a few yummy ideas to make Pancake Tuesday flipping lovely. Get the children in the kitchen and make a special pudding for Supper. For Breakfast what about wrapping bacon, sausage a poached egg & Hot Banana Chutney in a delicious warm Pancake. For Tea you could Top them with our lovely Passionfruit Curd or use our more traditional Lemon Curd topped with your favourite Ice cream.
You could make a spicier version for Dad, top his with Strawberry and Chilli Jam and he will be in heaven.
