Strawberry & Prosecco Conserve 227g

Ingredients: Strawberries, a bottle of Champagne, lemon juice & sugar.

We poach the strawberries in the Champagne before we add the sugar so this is an indulgent jam for a lazy Sunday breakfast or a lovely cream tea.
