Lemon, Lime & Passionfruit Marmalade

Lemon, Lime & Passionfruit Marmalade is our newest marmalade, lemon & lime peel is finely sliced. The other two ingredients are passionfruits and sugar. The flavour is tangy, a lovely mixture with the passionfruit coming through at the end.

Proud to have won Silver medals in 2015 and 2016 at the Marmalade Awards.

This is a perfect marmalade to use in the base of a Bakewell style tart.
