Apricot Conserve

Our Apricot Conserve is a soft set preserve with big chunks of fruit in each spoonful. 

The ingredients are Apricots, sugar and a wee squeeze of lemon juice. 

It is my favourite jam with a freshly baked croissant or in a Victoria sponge cake with some whipped cream.
