HM The Queen Elizabeth celebrates 70years on the throne in 2022 . To celebrate this event Fortnum & Mason luanched a competiton for amateur bakers to create a dessert. Perthshire Preserves will be offering a free printed copy of the recipe with every jar of our handmade lemon preserve.
