Due to popular demand we have brought back the Sweet Beetroot BLush.  A lovely combination of shredded and chopped beetroot, orange zest & juice, caramelised red onions and some of Iain’s magic ingredients!  It is great with any cheese or cold meats but also try it with a hot venison pie.  Yum
